NCS® offers training, assistance and support services for its partners and customers. NCS® partners can deploy SCNET4™ with or without NCS® support.

When the NCS® technical department is asked to take part in deployment, NCS® has developed a method that avoids duplication, accelerates processes and reduces the risk of errors. Known as BUILD,  the method is a response to the goal of moving from the building plan to commissioning in a single phase.

The technical assistance offered by NCS® consists of a very complete menu from which any partner, integrator or user can select the elements they need. This ranges from consultancy and execution assistance to advanced engineering services.

The NCS® Service Contract gives partners and users access to our Call Centre, which provides professional assistance, offers extended warranties and ensures the long-term future of your investment by providing software updates.
