Lead Software Developer

We develop a complete solution involving a server application, databases, client apps, and access control appliances. This involves various software environments (Windows, Linux), programming languages (C, C++, Lua, Python, …), development technologies and system components (network, database, communications, …). The Lead Software Developer will be involved in all aspects of the development process of our solution.

Responsibilities

Specification of needs and functionnalities
Software and component related studies, development and documentation.
Maintenance and evolution of existing code base
Assistance to the technical support team

Must have

Programming languages (C, C++, C#.NET, ….) notably under MS Visual-Studio
Passion for software development : Autonomy and Accountability
French and/or Ducth, English (Written and Oral)
Relevant experience in a similar position

Nice to have

Master or Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalence (Diploma is not the most important thing)
Knowledge of databases and related mechanisms (MSSQL, ISAM, ODBC)
Affinities with Linux and GNU development environments
Interest for computer security (SSL/TLS, Certificates, Cryptography)
Notions of REST APIs, MQTT, Cloud applications, …
